How to sync a closet to WEVONE

Three gestures, a public address, and Mia rebuilds your listings here.

Publishing a first item is easy. Publishing eighty is where most sellers stop. Closet Sync exists for that gap: you give WEVONE the public address of a shop you already run elsewhere, and Mia rebuilds those listings here for you.

What you need before you start

  • A public shop or profile page on a supported platform. Currently supported: Vinted, Leboncoin, Etsy, Vestiaire Collective, Depop, eBay, Beebs, Opla, plus a generic option for any other public page.
  • The page must be public. Closet Sync only reads what any visitor can read — public listing data that the platform itself exposes.
  • Nothing else. No password, no account connection, no browser extension.

The three gestures

  1. Open Mia, then Import a closet and choose Sync a closet.
  2. Pick the platform, or simply paste the address — WEVONE detects the platform from the URL.
  3. Press Sync.

That is the whole interaction. The confirmation appears immediately and the work continues in the background, including if you close the app.

What happens next, without you

For each listing found, Mia downloads up to five photos, keeps the original photos of one listing grouped together as a single item, and reads the seller's own title and description as verified hints rather than guesses. She then runs the same analysis used for a normal photo import: category, brand, size, condition, suggested price, and a clean title and description written in your language.

Items are published one by one as they are ready, so your shop fills progressively instead of appearing in one block at the end.

What you should still check

Mia proposes; you decide. After the sync, review:

  • Price — she suggests, she does not commit you.
  • Condition — the most subjective field, and the one buyers dispute most.
  • Shipping size — a wrong parcel size is the first cause of a rejected shipping label.

Limits, stated plainly

Closet Sync reads public pages, so a page that hides its listings behind a login cannot be synced. A sync is capped per run. Some platforms are listed but not selectable while an access agreement is not in place, and that state is shown in the interface rather than hidden.
